Once Upon a Time...

in a place not to far from here there was a young boy about 22 years of age. Boy he was handsome. His name was Armon Pearson. All the girls wanted to just go on a date with him. He was the king of main street.

One day this young man ran across a most magnificent young lady. She was 17 and far from in between. She had long blonde beautiful hair and her waist was invisible because she was so tiny (just because she was tiny did not mean that she did not have muscles). Her name was Holly Jo Hancock.

Well they dated and had a wonderful time together. Of course without delay Armon proposed to this young maiden. Of course, she said yes. They were perfect for each other. The couple was married on June 29, 1973. The dress was totally 70s' while his tux was blue. What could be better than that. From that moment everyone knew that this marriage was going to be full of complete bliss. Ahhhh....

It looks like Christmas time.

In 1976, Armon and Jo had their first son James Armon Pearson. He was a strapping boy and his fathers and mothers whole world. Jimmy would soon find out that he would be having a sister. In 1978, they were blessed with their first little girl, Brandi Jo Pearson was born and was the most enchanting girl. Bald but cute. An absolute image of her mother in every aspect.

Everything was good and jolly and it was the most adorable family. One boy, one girl. Picture perfect. Well Armon and Jo wanted more. So in August of 1982 came another girl. Katie Jane Pearson. The third child. Oh boy. She was a ham and a red head. What more needs to be said.

Sure Katie was getting spoiled....right up until she knew that she would have competition coming. Yet another child. The fourth. This time it was....another girl. 1986 came little Jaci Leigh Pearson. The cutest thing you ever did see. She was a lil' curly que. Taking after her father with all those curls and always needed to be tucked in by her mom.

Three and a half years pass. Within those years there were trips and gatherings and happiness all around. May 6th 1990 could possibly have been the best day they ever had. This day Leseli June was born. Yes, another GIRL. The greatest joy that this family has experienced. This girl was full of laughter and love. The Joke of all. Fullfilling and completing this most perfect union and family. It has been such fun.

This Family was started because Armon was so in love with Holly and Holly in love with Armon. In other words.....Way to go MOM and DAD! You guys Rock. It is so cliche' but yes this happened because two people fell in love. This is one of the few pictures we have as just the five of us together. Everyone went everywhere. Jimmy went on a mission, Brandi got married, Jimmy got married, Katie got married and then Jaci is married. I on the other hand is still here with mom and dad. You know what the say when the going gets tough, the great ones party. Let me tell you... We know how to P-A-R-T-Y.
This isn't even all of us. There is a husband and five little ones not in this pic.

I guess what i am trying to say through all of this is that my mom and dad are so totally amazing. They have been able to survive 5 spectacular children. They have been through it all; building houses, cutting off fingers, ropings, yelling and screaming, dad having to design all of moms creations, moms wonderful cooking and homemade bread, ups, downs, highs, and lows. They have done it all now for a wonderful 35 Years. That is right 35. Today is their anniversary and I just want to say that I hope that i can have a relationship like they do. They are so gitty over each other and still love to hold hands. Ahhh how cute! They still have their little date nights and will totally pamper and spoil each other. I love my Parents. So here is to you Mom and Dad. Happy Anniversary, May there be many, many more. I love you both.

Still In Love!
