Softball

Leseli had softball state this past weekend. The Pima Roughriders made it to the Semi-Finals and lost to the Baghdad Sultans. 7-2. The team had an undeafted season and won the 1A East Region Conference. Not too bad. In the playoffs the Roughriders beat Mayer 9-8 and Mogollon (rivals) 4-3. Both of those wins outnumbered the loss to Baghdad. Leseli actually got the whole hang of things this year in softball. In the game against Mayer she even got a home run! Well actually it was a one base hit with a three-base error. But hey we are going to call it a home run anyways. Just to make ourselves feel good. Hahaha. Leseli had a pretty good time and had lots of fun. WAY to go RIDERS!
